Many, if not all new dancers usually start lessons with a few common concerns. One of the most common is “What happens I fall?”
This is a concern that more often than not holds us back from realizing the amazing feeling that comes with getting back up, and trying again.
It holds us back from giving our 100%.
For more than a decade, I’ve had a simple answer to this question:
“If you fall, make it funny.”
When we allow ourselves to find humour in our mistakes, and realize that trial and error is the most important part of success, we truly begin to experience what it means to succeed as an artist.
Never be afraid of falling.
It gives you an opportunity to rise!
