Keshia Plummer is our newest instructor, and she specializes in fitness and wellness! We want all of students to be mobile for as long as possible, so we are proud to introduce Stretch and Flex, a class geared toward weekly fitness instruction and guidance in a fun, exciting and safe atmosphere to help to take your althetic goals to the next level. Flexibility, endurance, physical health, cardiovascular health and so much more will be a massive focus in this class, and whether you're looking to improve as a dancer, or just be more focused on your physical fitness, this class is for you.
