Join Us for Salsa, on Saturday Nights in May! Ready to level up your Salsa game? This Level Two L.A. Style Salsa course is designed for dancers who already have a grasp on the basics and are looking to expand their skill set. We’ll work on fun new turn-focused patterns, partner connection, musicality, styling, and footwork—all within the high-energy world of On-1 Salsa. 🗓 Dates: May 10, 17, 24, & 31, 2025 🕒 Time: 7:00 PM – 7:50 PM 📍 Location: Ballroom and Country Dance Studio, 121C 17th Ave NE, Calgary 🎟 Pricing: $25 per person for drop-ins $90 for full registration (single person) / $145 for full registration (couple) What Is L.A. Style Salsa? Also known as Salsa On1, L.A. Style Salsa is a sharp, high-energy, linear form of Salsa that is VERY popular on social dance floors in North America. It's known for its energetic patterns, quick turns, and dramatic flair—perfect for dancers who love expressing themselves with power and precision. Who Is This Class For? This class is ideal for those who have completed, and fully understand the information found in a Level One Salsa course or equivalent. If you’re comfortable with the basic step, crossbody leads, and turns in either/both directions, you’re ready to explore more complex patterns and enhance your technique! Let’s Turn Up the Heat!
